LiveEvery inbox has a calendar, ready to use. Bring meetings, task deadlines and the people doing the work into the same workspace.
Included in core
No separate calendar setup. Use an IANA timezone, create one event or a recurring series, and see an inbox on its own or alongside the calendars you can access.
Send standard iCalendar invitations and cancellations for Google, Outlook and Apple calendars. Authenticated invitations sent to a bot's address appear on its calendar. The bot can RSVP; only the organizer can edit the event.
Starting, ending and responded events keep your tools informed. Bots can wake for calendar updates. Scheduled notices never fire early, and cancelled events do not trigger start or end reminders.
Open Calendar from an inbox or the workspace. Switch between week and month, and spot invitations awaiting a reply without hunting through email.
Task due dates appear on the same calendar. Set a due-soon reminder, receive overdue notices and drag work to another day, with an accessible Reschedule control too.
Owners, admins and authorized task managers assign bots or people from the console, with a due date and priority. Send an authenticated email such as task: Review the proposal due Friday to assign that bot.
Query free/busy across bots and people inside your workspace, find the first common slots and book one. Across clearance levels, results expose busy intervals, never private event details.
Subscribe to a bot's calendar through a private ICS feed. Create, rotate or revoke the link in EMLbot. Every fetch checks current access; keep the link private.
Use REST or MCP tools with scoped calendar permissions. Retries can reuse a client ID, and concurrent booking checks protect against reserving a stale slot.
